FMI vil beregne en samlet evalueringsteknisk pris for hvert tilbud. Hvert tilbud bliver tildelt point i henhold til en økonomisk ramme på baggrund af tilbuddets evalueringstekniske pris, som opgøres som anført i bilag B afsnittet ”Nærmere om beregningsgrundlaget”.

Kriteriet "Kvalitet" vil blive bedømt på grundlag af følgende delkriterier: • Applikationen (60 %) • Udviklings- og implementeringsgennemførelse (40 %) Procentsatserne angiver de enkelte underkriteriers vægt i tilbudsevalueringen. Delkriterierne under hvert underkriterie vægter med den angivne vægt. Ved evalueringen af delkriteriet "Applikationen" foretager FMI en samlet vurdering af Tilbudsgivers besvarelse af de evalueringskrav ("E"), der i henhold til Bilag 2 (Kravspecifikation) evalueres under dette delkriterie. For nærmere information henvises til bilag B - Tildelingskriteriet og evalueringsmetoden afsnit 4.2.1 "Applikationen (vægtning 60 %)". Ved evalueringen af delkriteriet "Udviklings- og implementeringsgennemførelse" foretager FMI en vurdering af Tilbudsgivers besvarelse af det evalueringskrav ("E") i Bilag 2 (Kravspecifikation), der evalueres under dette delkriterie.
